Knowledge competition
FDV drives the making and the diffusion of knowledge since its beginig. Actually, from the investigation and development area (I+D) the knowledge competition takes place, consists in that each one daily uploads what he has learnt in the Project Guide knowledge base. Then, they recieve votes from their partners, depending on how interesting is for them. At the same time, after that there are temathic discussions about the most interesting knowledge. As you can see, the share knowledge is one of the rocks of FDV's culture.

Code Retreat

Code Retreat is the cool name to call a communitary activity oriented to the learning and the practise of techniques for software developments funny and originals. Its implementation takes place during the time when the developers team get together to solve a particular problem, write it down and share it, doing Pair Programming, and TDD.

Moved to FDV consists in getting the developers together (and other profiles, like analysts, PLs techniques, etc.) and put them to work together in combination that are not common.

Sweet friday
To celebrate fridays, FDV buys "empanadas" (an argentinian tipical food) so as to have lunch with all together, and in the afternoon regarding an alphabet list, each stuff member brings something sweet to share. So, ¿Friday? ¡A day that everyone is looking forward to!
